Hanna's House Summer School 2010 - A Feminist Peace: how do we get there?
Hanna's House, the feminist all-Ireland peace building organisation invites you to its first Summer School, on August 27, 28, 29 in the University of Ulster, Belfast Campus, York Road.
Workshops include: Peace building lessons learnt from Liberia and Timor L'este and Kosovo: young women north and south discuss how feminism has impacted their lives: men, masculinities and violence: women's peace movements from around the world - inspiration and activism; women's centres north and south discuss obstacles and opportunities; truth recovery and remembering through art, include scriptotherapy, quilting, video and poetry; and the role of feminist journalism in truth recovery process.
