The Pilgrimage to Blarney - Sixth Session in Current Series Travels to Muskerry for an evening of Music, Song and Dance
Féile Dúthalla 2010 wishes to announce that the sixth session in this years Talks/Music Series will be held in the KIllowen Room/Johnny’s Bar of The Blarney Castle Hotel on tuesday, July 13th at 21.00. The evening is titled The Pilgrimage to Blarney and is a celebration of the rich traditional music culture of the Duhallow area and will feature a number of traditional musicians, singers and dancers from the area with special guests. The event is entirely free of charge to the general public and a bus is being provided for the event. The bus will collect at Cullen (Midway Station) at 19.00 - Newmarket (Scully’s Bar) at 19.30 - Kanturk (James Lucey Solicitors) at 20.00 on tuesday, July 13th.
Persons intending to travel are requested to give their names to Tim Browne, Greenane Street, Kanturk (telephone 029 51870 or 087 9484169 email debrunts@iol.ie) before saturday, July 10th in order to book their free seats. The bus will return to Duhallow at around 01.30am.
